Illustration of Members Only Section
Access to the Members Only Section is included in your My-MEDIC-Notes™ Program at no additional cost. The Instruction Booklet that comes with your kit includes simple step-by-step guidelines on how to register for accessing this section. Once you register, you will be able to download additional tools and updates for free. The illustration below shows you what this section looks like.
NOTE: The illustration below is not a working model - just an example. You will not be able to access the actual Members Only Section until you have registered. The live Members Only Section may look slightly different than this example.

Congratulations on taking this important step towards personal health planning. The My-MEDIC-Notes™ Adult Kit contains a Living Wills Fact Sheet which you can refer to for information on this topic. The section below called "Living Wills" contains links outside our website to provincial tools on creating a Living Will in your province.
If you have purchaed a Student Kit as part of an Emergency Response Action Plan, this is where you can download additional supplements such as the Epilepsy and Seizures Supplement to provide others with a First Response Protocol.
Be sure to keep your information up-to-date. You can download medical forms for this purpose by clicking on the topic in the side columns - Adult Kit forms are on the right side, and Student Kit forms are on the left side.
